- Visiting the property where necessary, taking marketing details, and advising on the rental and other aspects of letting.
- Searching our existing applicant registers, and marketing the property on our Agent Website, Rightmove and in our Office Window.
- Interviewing and arranging for prospective tenants to view the property.
- Negotiating between landlord and tenant, and taking up employer or college, prior landlord and financial references as appropriate.
- Drawing up our standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, Data Protection & Declaration Form, Document Checklist and formally checking the tenants into the Property.
- Collecting first advance rental and security deposit.
- Advising providers of the meter readings for the gas & electricity.
